At Plateful, we want you to love every piece of your table setting. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring all tags are attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
